Why did you choose to attend Catholic University and what set the Department of Politics apart?
"I chose to attend the Catholic University because not only did this university offer me the academics and opportunities I wanted but they also offered a sense of community and support. The Politics Department at Catholic University is very supportative of their students and act as personal cheerleaders to help their students to push themselves and reach their full potential. My advisors and my professors have continued to push me and open my eyes to new possibities for possible opportunties available for my future."
What's been your favorite part of being a student at Catholic University?
"My favorite part of being a student at Catholic Univeristy is the community that is on campus and its location in D.C. This univeristy is located in a major city with that provides many different opportunities and experiences but the Catholic University has built a strong community that helps make a metropolitan city feel a little bit smaller. It is very easy to find your home here on campus."
What advice would you give to prospective students?
"I would advise prospective students to follow their hearts. While there are many important factors to consider when chosing the university they want to attend, it is important to factor in the feelings that the prospective students is experiencing. A university is not only a place to further your academics and begin your future career, but also will be your home for the next four years. It is important to choice a university that can become your future home."
